Canadian Julep

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces blended Canadian whisky
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 3 large mint sprigs, for garnish

Preparation:

Pour the simple syrup into a crushed ice-filled Julep cup. Stir well. Add the whisky. Stir until a film of ice forms on the exterior of the Julep cup. Add the mint sprigs.
